Tsuri Komi Nage Counter - Lifting, pulling throw counter

Use tsuri komi nage as a counter when the opponent has shifted his weight suddenly to one side to attack you. Jumping knee kicks are very common in competition fighting. However, this technique leaves the opponent open to being thrown by tsuri komi nage. Here it is step-by-step.

Fighting stance (attacker on left). Opponent parrys hand and hooks the neck in positioning for upper knee kick. As opponent executes the technique, grab with right hand and push with left. Then sweep supporting leg.

To execute this do not worry about blocking the knee kick, just turn and spin opponent behind you.
